The West Central Illinois Case Coordination Unit is in partnership with the Quincy Police department to fund an Elder Service Officer(ESO). The ESO helps assist all citizens but is trained to help older adults with age-specific issues and their office is located in the Quincy Senior & Family Resource Center on the first floor.
